1. Shipping

1.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- Germany
- EU countries

1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- Germany: €4.99 (free shipping for orders over €75.00).
- EU: €13.99

1.3 Delivery Times
The delivery time consists of the production time and the shipping time.
- Production time (manufacturing according to customer specifications): 1 business day to 2 weeks.
- Shipping time:
  - Germany: approx. 1–3 business days.
  - EU countries: approx. 3–10 business days.
The total delivery time (production plus shipping) is therefore up to approx. 3 weeks within Germany and up to approx. 4 weeks for EU countries.

Shipping is carried out via:

2.1 Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Klarna
- Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)

2.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If payment by bank transfer in advance is selected, shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.

3. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

4. Information on Custom-Made Products
For custom-made products, production begins only after payment has been received. Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to customer specifications.

5. Transport Damage
If the goods arrive damaged, please report the damage to the delivery service immediately, if possible, and contact us without delay. This helps us assert claims against the shipping provider. The customer's statutory rights and warranty claims remain unaffected.

6. VAT Notice
All prices stated are final prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), VAT is neither charged nor shown separately.
